I agree with that, but people are too quick to sue over whatever anymore, that was my point really. It's not like life was lost or limited. I don't like when a business drags it's feet on anything either, Steve, myself, anyone else for that matter. This just looks like an overraction. I'm not going to pass judgement until I hear Steve's side. I know better communication would solve this problem, it's really simple. Even someone can't deliver, the customer should at least hear why & when. That's what I would expect at the very least, so I can plan for or around it if there is a delay of any sort.
